Who we are

X-RAY GG Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number [company number to add]. Registered office: [registered office to add].

This page covers x-ray.gg, the website. Write to us about your data at [contact email to add].

What we keep, and why

• Early access. Your email, whether you play in a team or on your own, and when you joined. We use it to let you in and to tell you about x-ray.gg as it opens up.
• Pro Team and organisation enquiries. Your team name, email and phone number, so we can get back to you.
• Visits, if you agree. With your yes, Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages, rough location, device, and whether you signed up), so we can see what helps. You can change your answer on the Cookies page.
• Security logs. Our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as your IP address and browser) to keep the site running and safe.

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering you and running early access, and on your consent for analytics. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who helps us

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores the two lists above. Enquiries are posted to a private Discord channel so we see them quickly. Google runs Analytics, only if you agree. Some of these companies may process data outside the UK, under safeguards UK law accepts.

How long we keep it

Early access details: until you are invited or ask us to remove you, and no longer than two years. Enquiries: two years after we last spoke.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [contact email to add]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
